There are a lot of ways you can hurt your brand and your business.
Annoying your target audience with cold calls, cold e-mails and disruptive advertisements on social media can be detrimental – and to make matters worse – you might not even know it.
So how does one capture leads and prospects without the traditional sales call?
Enter: Inbound Marketing.
Inbound Marketing is a customer-centric method of attracting your target audience by pushing out meaningful content (yes, just like this) to pull in your prospects. Inbound Marketing is permissive, while traditional marketing can be taken as disruptive. Some examples of inbound marketing include:
Creating a blog catered to your audience
Publishing meaningful videos (instructional, educational, entertainment, etc.)
E-mail marketing (by sign-up only, of course!)

When done right, your audience will be delighted by your content that educates and/or entertains.
